Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement explains the terms for Yinva subscriptions and related premium access. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to this agreement, the User Agreement, and Apple's applicable purchase rules.

Membership Eligibility

Yinva membership is available only to users aged 18 and over. If you do not meet this requirement, do not purchase or use membership features.

Subscription Plans

Yinva may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans. The exact price, renewal period, trial availability if any, and purchase conditions are shown on the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment.

Membership Benefits

Active members may receive an ad-free experience, direct access to Advanced Host content, and direct access to party play features during the active subscription period. Benefits are limited to the features available in the current version of the app.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period according to the selected plan.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. After cancellation, membership benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period.

Coins and Membership

Coins are separate from subscription membership. Coins may be used for AI party plan generation, Photo Booth image saving, and extra vibe unlocks. A subscription does not automatically grant unlimited coins unless explicitly stated on the purchase screen.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. Yinva does not control Apple's refund decision process.

Changes to Membership

We may update membership benefits, pricing, or available plans. Any material purchase terms will be shown before purchase or renewal where required by Apple rules and applicable law.

Relationship to Other Terms

This Membership Agreement supplements the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict related to subscription billing, Apple's purchase terms and the App Store purchase sheet control to the extent required.
