These terms govern your use of Yinva. By using the app, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Use of the App

Yinva provides party planning, themed challenges, checklists, photo decoration, outfit recording, AI party planning, and light social activity tools for adult friends. You agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal entertainment and planning purposes.

Age Requirement

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. You may not use Yinva if you are under 18.

User Content

You are responsible for the photos, captions, notes, prompts, and records you choose to create or store in the app. Do not use the app to create, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

Paid Features

Yinva includes subscriptions and coin purchases. Paid features may include ad-free access, Advanced Host access, party play access, AI party plan generation, Photo Booth image saving, and extra vibe unlocks. Paid access is provided according to the active purchase, subscription period, or available coin balance.

No Professional Advice

Yinva is for entertainment, organization, and lifestyle planning. It does not provide professional event, medical, legal, financial, safety, or mental health advice.

Changes to the Service

We may update features, content, pricing, availability, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
